About this item
- Pushes pistons back: Ratcheting handle compresses single and dual caliper pistons so new brake pads slide in easily.
- Ratchet action: Squeeze the handle to spread the plates step by step with steady, even pressure on the piston.
- Steel build: Stainless steel tool is about 270 mm (10.6 in) long and weighs about 800 g (1.8 lb).
- Quick release: Release the ratchet to collapse the plates and remove the tool once the piston is seated.
- For brake jobs: Useful for DIY pad changes on cars, SUVs and light trucks with disc brakes.
